Setup and review of your data backup by NovaStor experts: We assist with the planning and implementation of the NovaStor Backup and Restore software in your company, including preliminary consultation, implementation, brief training, and testing, as well as support during the first 30 days.
During an initial consultation, a NovaStor backup expert will assess your backup requirements, document them, and assist you in implementing your backup strategy.
Based on the jointly developed plan, our backup expert will remotely install NovaStor DataCenter on your systems and walk you through the basic functions of your data backup solution. To transition the installation to live operation, NovaStor will then set up several backup jobs and perform initial backup and restore tests. Afterward, we’ll provide support for the first 30 days to ensure the data backup system is functioning properly and to answer any questions you may have.
Once your backup software has been successfully set up and put into operation, you will receive a certificate summarizing the recommendations for your backup strategy.
The onboarding service includes a sample rollout and setup of the software, as well as consulting on your backup strategy. During the approximately two- to four-hour session that follows the initial consultation—which includes gathering your requirements—you will need access to your IT infrastructure, the backup destination, and a good phone connection. Please also ensure before the first session that your hardware is functioning properly.
