Based on the joint concept, our backup expert will install NovaStor DataCenter on your systems via remote access and introduce you to the basic functions of your data protection solution. To transfer the installation to live operation, NovaStor will set up several backup jobs and perform initial backup and restore tests.
Once your backup software has been successfully set up and commissioned, you will receive a certificate with a summary of recommendations for your backup strategy.
The onboarding service includes the exemplary rollout and setup of the software as well as advice on your backup strategy.
During the appointments, which last approximately two to four hours, you will need access to your IT infrastructure, the backup destination, and a good telephone connection. Please also ensure that your hardware is running smoothly before the first appointment.
