Tailor-made data backup: Onboarding service for NovaStor DataCenter

NovaStor's backup experts provide support for the implementation of your new NovaStor DataCenter backup software as part of our onboarding service, which includes the exemplary rollout and setup of the software on previously defined systems to be backed up, as well as advice on your backup strategy.
During a consultation, we take a brief overview of your IT infrastructure and compare it with your requirements. Based on this, we recommend a backup strategy.
This should be understood as support and should not be confused with a complete backup concept or a complete rollout – the time frame for onboarding is designed for installations of up to 50 BAU at approx. 2 hours and for more than 50 BAU at approx. 4 hours. If you would like a complete installation including training and restore tests, we will be happy to provide you with a separate offer.

Services

During an initial consultation, a NovaStor backup expert will assess your company's IT infrastructure, record your requirements, and recommend a backup strategy.

Based on the joint concept, our backup expert will install the NovaStor software on your systems via remote access and introduce you to the basic functions of your data protection solution. To transfer the installation to live operation, NovaStor will set up several backup jobs and perform initial backup and restore tests.

Once your backup software has been successfully set up and put into operation, you will receive a certificate with a summary of the recommendations for your backup strategy.
