Seit 2007 verantwortet Stefan Utzinger als CEO die weltweiten Geschäftstätigkeiten von NovaStor. Für NovaStor ist Stefan Utzinger seit 2004 tätig. Nachdem er zunächst die Abteilung Research & Development leitete, übernahm er in der Folge die Position des Executive Vice President Marketing & Technology, bevor er dann CEO wurde.
Mike Andrews wurde im Januar 2007 zum Managing Director ernannt. Parallel behält er den Titel des Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales, da er in dieser Position bei NovaStor seit Juli 2000 tätig ist. Mike Andrews verantwortet die Geschäftstätigkeiten des nordamerikanischen NovaStor Sitzes in Agoura Hills, Kalifornien und den weltweiten Vertrieb der NovaStor Produkte.
Adrian Knapp ist ein erfahrener Unternehmer mit einem Abschluss in Business Economics an der GSBA Zürich. Adrian Knapp ist Verwaltungsratsvorsitzender von NovaStor. Darüber hinaus engagiert er sich im Vorstand verschiedener Unternehmen. Er verantwortet die grundlegende strategische Ausrichtung des Unternehmens.
